Modification of CMD's on Deathrun

This is an important message for every VIP or member on our Deathrun server:

In the member discussion yesterday (01.09.2013) we decided to modify the following commands which are available for VIP's and members:

bounceme and spawnme

Changes:

bounceme won't be available anymore because there were too much abuses in the last time and in our opinion this command can only be abused.

spawnme won't be available after 45 seconds of each round are gone so it cannot be used as an unfair feature.

We hope that you will understand our decision. We made it to create a fairer gameplay.
