Desert Eagle Asimov and fixes for 3xP' Codjumper

Hey,

we made some changes at our 3xP' Codjumper Server,

there is a new Admin-Deagle Skin with the example of the Asimov P90 & AWP,

also we made another FPS Hud element which shows the private fps, it makes it alot of easier to find out which fps someone used in a demo.

We added the Time Hud element again which shows a clock,

and at last we fixed a bug which made the respawns resetting after joining spec and rejoining game again.
